We are experienced in matching the technical requirements for all kinds of educational and motivational events, such as courses, exams, and lecture presentations. A few of our features include 16’ screens with built-in HD 800 Lumen projectors, 4 HD cameras – all with dedicated audio and visual technicians to take care of your requirements.
An intimate and flexible environment suitable for a variety of productions. We can set up our tiered auditorium and in-house or outsourced audio/visual equipment with experienced technicians for shows, concerts, comedy, and theatre. The OC is the perfect venue for classical, blues, folk, jazz, country, easy listening, and world music concerts.
We can accommodate a variety of setups and options from full house theatre-style seating including the balcony to intimate booth seating – to a Yamaha Grand Piano on the stage.

We can host a whole range of events with different setups.
Flexible with setup, max banquet table seating up to 350, theatre style up to 720, standing reception up to 1000, or a combination of different setups. We can propose various solutions to fit your event.
Most of our packages include our in house audio/presentation technician plus the use of two 16’ drop down screens with full HD 8000-lumen projectors, a podium, a microphone to take care of your visual presentations and audio requirements.
We can provide in-house catering for coffee/tea service and light catering. If you’d like to offer your guests more variety from simple to elaborate cuisine, we have a list of catering companies to choose from. We are flexible and have many options available to fit your needs.
Usually, you have access 1 hour before your event starts and 1 hour after your event for the takedown. We are also flexible to have access the day before or to add-on more hours before your event. Please let us know and we’ll work out what is best for you, depending on the booking schedule.
Parking is free. We are 15 minutes from downtown and have onsite parking for 230 vehicles. Additional parking is easy in the surrounding area with lots of available street parking.
Yes, definitely! We are set up for live streaming (via Zoom, Facebook, YouTube etc), broadcasting, and our 4 HD cameras can be set up anywhere in the room. We can also supply a copy of the filmed event so you can make it available to guests.
